"Last week, Azerbaijan filed a lawsuit against CNN in a US federal court over what it describes as false and defamatory reporting about its role in the 2026 Iran conflict. CNN alleged that Israel had deployed military and intelligence personnel to Azerbaijan and used Azerbaijani territory for operations against Iran.
