“If Azerbaijan is involved, then Israel is inevitably involved as well. From the very first day, we have not believed—and still do not believe—that this was an accident. You cannot cover up the sun with mud. Sooner or later, the truth will come to light,” Ömer Ulutaş, leader of the newly founded Turkish party Toprak Partisi (established on March 4, 2025), wrote on X.
On November 11, 2025, a Turkish Air Force aircraft flying from Ganja International Airport in Azerbaijan to the Erkilet Air Base in Turkey broke apart midair and crashed in Georgia, near the Azerbaijani border. All 20 people on board were killed.
