Iranian prayer leader: U.S. bases in Azerbaijan could be targeted if regional war erupts

“The Supreme Commander stated that if war breaks out, it would take on a regional dimension. A regional war would entail strikes on U.S. bases in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and especially the United Arab Emirates, with American naval vessels also becoming targets,” said Ali Tavakkoli, the interim Friday prayer leader of Kerman.
