Azerbaijani president met with delegation of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations

On February 9, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations led by its Chair Betsy Berns Korn, according to the official website of the President of Azerbaijan.

Betsy Berns Korn expressed her pleasure at leading a large delegation to Azerbaijan to discuss opportunities for expanding cooperation, taking into account the country’s strategic importance as well as its strong ties with the United States and Israel. The development of Azerbaijan–U.S. relations was highly evaluated during the meeting. The parties also highlighted successful cooperation between the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations and Azerbaijan, stressing its role in expanding Azerbaijan–U.S. and Azerbaijan–Israel relations.
