Israeli agriculture minister thanks Azerbaijan for food-security support

A delegation led by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Agriculture, Majnun Mammadov, is visiting Israel, according to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Agriculture.
During the trip, the delegation is expected to visit leading agricultural research and development centers in Israel and take part in the "Sea of the Future" II Blue Food Security Global Summit.
On January 12, the Azerbaijani and Israeli delegations met at Israel’s Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Development. Minister Avi Dichter welcomed the guests and thanked Azerbaijan for supporting Israel’s food security during difficult times.
For his part, Mammadov said Azerbaijan-Israel relations are developing dynamically across all areas and that both sides are interested in deepening cooperation in the agricultural sector.
