Armenia’s economy minister held a meeting with Israel’s ambassador

On December 24, Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan held a meeting with Israel’s Ambassador to Armenia Joel Lion.

According to a statement issued by the Armenian Ministry of Economy, the sides discussed prospects for economic cooperation and increasing trade turnover, as well as opportunities to implement joint investment projects. They also reviewed cooperation in agriculture, water resources management, and tourism.

Papoyan presented details of the TRIPP and Crossroads of Peace projects, and invited the Israeli ambassador to attend the Crossroads of Peace Investment Summit, scheduled for 2026.
