Iranian expert: Azerbaijan and Israel exchange visits on a monthly basis

Ali Heydari, an Iranian expert on the Caucasus, told the reformist news agency ILNA that Azerbaijani and Israeli representatives pay mutual visits every month and that contacts have been established at the executive, economic, political and cultural levels.

“We have no evidence that Azerbaijan supported Israel or played any role in the 12-day war against Iran,” Heydari added.
