Ex-Iranian MP says rapprochement with Azerbaijan will reduce Baku’s reliance on Israel

As Iran and Azerbaijan deepen their relations, Baku’s reliance on Israel will decline, former Iranian MP Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh told the Iran24 TV channel. He added that the country’s “foreign policy should be built on shared interests, in order to strengthen Iran’s relations with its neighbors and limit foreign interference.”
