New Iranian ambassador discusses Iran-Israel conflict with Azerbaijani FM and calls for cooperation among neighboring countries

Iran’s newly appointed ambassador to Baku, Mojtaba Demirchilu, discussed the “military aggression of the Zionist regime against Iran” during the presentation of a copy of his credentials to Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

According to the news agency Tasnim, which is affiliated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Demirchilu referred to the "recent military aggression of the Zionist regime against Iran, describing the creation of regional tensions as one of the regime’s objectives. He emphasized the need for vigilance and cooperation among neighboring countries in addressing this issue.”
