Israel has spent billions of dollars on operations in Iran, according to the Persian-language “independent” Telegram channel Syrian Khabar. “All funding for these terrorist activities was provided by the Baku regime and personally by Ilham Aliyev. For this act of betrayal and crime, his hour of death has come,” the channel claims.
