Arabic-language newspaper: Azerbaijan may serve as a launchpad for Israeli operations against Iran

“Azerbaijan, located north of Iran, is considered a strategic partner of Israel,” writes Araby 21, a London-based Arabic-language online newspaper.

“It has previously been reported that Israel may use Azerbaijani airbases as potential launch or refueling points, given the country’s proximity to Iran, which makes it an ideal location for conducting operations,” the newspaper notes.
