Azerbaijani media: Baku renews call for Israel not to target Azerbaijani-populated areas in Iran

"Azerbaijan has once again appealed to Israel through various channels to exercise caution regarding the safety of the civilian population and civilian facilities during operations in areas inhabited by Azerbaijanis in Iran and to avoid strikes as much as possible," according to the Azerbaijani news agency APA.

"Previously, reports indicated that a few days ago, Azerbaijan sent messages through various channels to the Israeli leadership not to target settlements inhabited by Azerbaijanis in Iran and not to harm civilian infrastructure and civilians," APA adds.
