Mouthpieces of Iran’s Supreme Leader and IRGC: Israel imports 60% of its oil from Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan

"Israel imports approximately 220,000 barrels of crude oil daily, around 60% of which comes from two Muslim countries — Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan," report the conservative newspaper Kayhan, a mouthpiece of Iran’s Supreme Leader, and the news agency Fars, which is affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), citing data from the analytics firm Kpler.
"Azerbaijani oil is transported via the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan pipeline to the Turkish port of Ceyhan, from where it is exported to Israel. Despite Turkey’s announcement in May 2024 of a complete halt to all trade with Israel, reports indicate that Azerbaijani oil continues to be exported to Israel via the Turkish port of Ceyhan," the media outlets note.
