Israeli PM Netanyahu postpones visit to Azerbaijan

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has postponed a scheduled five-day visit to Azerbaijan, citing heightened security pressures in Gaza and Syria, as well as a tight political and security agenda, according to the Israeli online newspaper The Times of Israel.

“The Prime Minister thanks President Aliyev for his invitation and appreciates the warm relations between the two countries,” the Prime Minister’s Office said, as quoted by the newspaper.
