IRGC media mouthpiece: Israel and Turkey involved in Karabakh reconstruction, while Iran is left out

"Following Azerbaijan’s victory, the liberation of parts of Karabakh, and the start of the reconstruction process, Iran has not benefited economically. Meanwhile, regional rivals like Turkey and Iran’s enemies—including the Zionist regime—have been actively involved in reconstruction and economic activities in the region, posing a threat to Iran’s national interests," reports the Iranian news agency Fars, which is affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
