Euronews: Iran remains silent on Azerbaijan’s potential entry to the Abraham Accords

"Iran has so far remained silent regarding rumors about the possible accession of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Abraham Accords. This move appears to be aimed at preserving the current fragile relationship with Baku and avoiding tensions amid ongoing negotiations with the United States," reports the Persian service of Euronews.

It is also noted that, "Israel views its close ties with Azerbaijan as part of a broader strategy to expand its influence over countries neighboring Iran. Iranian officials have repeatedly warned Baku about Israel’s growing presence. In Tehran’s view, Azerbaijan has become Israel’s primary base for conducting intelligence and sabotage operations against Iran."
