Israeli Ambassador in Baku: Azerbaijan should be part of the Abraham Accords

"The relations between Azerbaijan and Israel preceded the Abraham Accords. So if anything, it should be called the Azerbaijani Accords, because you set the way for others to follow. So we`re very proud of those kind of relations... I think Azerbaijan should be part of the Abrahamic Accords, not because it will normalize with Israel, because obviously our relations are far beyond normalization. We have a strategic partnership between our countries and we can expand upon that. Azerbaijan deserves to be part of that club of like-minded countries," said Israel’s Ambassador to Baku, George Deek, in an interview with Azerbaijani news channel AnewZ.
