"Azerbaijan is the only Muslim country that has been a reliable strategic partner of America’s key Middle Eastern ally for decades but received no US support and has been subject to sanctions from Washington throughout this entire period. Azerbaijan’s inclusion in the Abraham Accords framework would acknowledge its steadfast support for Israel and further solidify regional peace in the Greater Middle East", wrote Rabbi Dr. Elie Abadie, Senior Rabbi in Residence of the Jewish Council of the Emirates (JCE) in his letter to President Donald Trump.
