Armenian historian: Israel seeks to use Azerbaijani territory for operations against Iran

Ruben Safrastyan, an Armenian historian and Turkologist, shared his views on Israel's geopolitical interests in the South Caucasus on Pressing, a program aired on the YouTube channel of the Armenian opposition media outlet 168.am.

Safrastyan argued that Israel aims to "use Azerbaijani territory to safeguard itself in the event of an Iranian attack, as well as to conduct certain operations against Iran."
