Israel is the 6th largest market for Azerbaijani oil exports

"Israel is the sixth largest market for Azeri oil exports. Azerbaijan was also responsible for more than nine percent of all Israeli defense exports between 2018 and 2022," reported Jewish Press, the largest Jewish newspaper in the US.

The BESA think tank, in its policy paper containing recommendations for the Trump administration on forming a trilateral alliance (Azerbaijan-Israel-USA), emphasized: "Israel’s economic growth in the 1990s and 2000s was significantly supported by Azerbaijani energy supplies... Azerbaijan is one of the largest importers of Israeli defense products."
