Azerbaijan-Israel-US alliance will strengthen Baku's position as a regional hub

Iran’s state news agency IRNA cites the Azerbaijani website News.az : “The (Azerbaijan-Israel-USA) triangle may bring not only advantages but also potentially negative consequences for the Republic of Azerbaijan. The positive side of this alliance is that it would strengthen the country’s position as a mid-level power and a regional hub. The negative side could be the response from some of its neighbors. It is unlikely that Iran’s reaction would go beyond diplomatic noise, but there is no doubt that such developments would create tension in the region.”
