"According to the information I have, Israel maintains very good relations with the government of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani students travel to Israel for education. Israel has made significant investments in Azerbaijan’s agriculture. Some people even go there for technical education and training. There are so-called Israeli experts who provide advisory support to various Azerbaijani ministries," said Iranian Middle East expert Ali Sadrzadeh in an interview with the opposition TV channel Iran International.
