Head of Turkish intelligence has visited Baku the most over the last 2 years

“Most of the foreign trips by Kalın (Turkey’s intelligence chief) in 2023 and 2024 were focused on the Caucasus, with Baku becoming the main destination,” the Moscow-based Middle East Institute reported on February 28. The following day, the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom highlighted Azerbaijan’s ongoing mediation efforts between Turkey and Israel.
